Compact status monitoring system for a brake system with display and fieldbus interface.
- One CMB-3 box can handle up to 2 brakes SB16, SB23.3, SB28.3, SB28.5, SB30
- High ambient temperature range -20°C … +70°C
- Protection class IP65
- Internal keypad for parameter change
- Brake operation cycle counter (up to 100 million Cycles)
- Automatic power supply range switch 110-240 V AC
- Profibus or Profinet bus system possible.
- All scaled measures signals and error bits are transferred by bus system to the main control PLC.
- Cable for sensors have a plug M12 on each end
- Same type of box for SF and SB brake types for easy troubleshooting
- Stainless steel electronic box IP65 for outdoor use
- Sunshine protection cover for outdoor use
